A Practical Science & Spirituality-Based Mindfulness Training that Changes Lives in 8 Weeks
Research has shown that people who are more mindful are generally happier and report less anxiety, symptoms of depression, anger, and worries. A higher degree of mindfulness is also associated with reduced stress and increased gratitude, hope, and vitality.
So if practicing mindfulness holds such powerful potential for our wellbeing, why aren’t we all doing it every day?
The reason is often that we need more guidance and support than simply downloading an app. We need to better understand the underlying processes and research behind mindfulness.
My program Mindful: Finding Peace & More, in Difficult Times is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand mindfulness and experience the profound effects it can have on your life.

"In a world full of distraction, noise, despair and chaos, this program is an oasis of peace and calm and deep connection.
I am learning to be aware and discerning of my energy, my focus, my thoughts and emotions, which in turn is helping me to manage the effects of living in such a world. I have never found meditation, or mindfulness easy, but this course makes it really accessible and so practical. There is such a profound lack of judgement and striving in this course, you feel so seen, heard, safe and valued.
I recommend this program for anybody looking for sustainable and deeply practical ways to connect with self, others, life and human experience. For anybody needing an oasis, a place to land softly, and emerge out the other end, transformed in the most subtle yet powerful ways.”

“Mandi's Mindfulness & Meditation Program feels like 'coming home' where you enter a safe communal space for 2 hours, to share, experience, listen and learn long lived practices of mindfulness and meditation. Whilst we acknowledge and share our daily life challenges and where our mind takes us, Mandi offers peace and understanding of these experiences and teaches us to further enhance mindful practices to deal with pain, judgment, and ever busy lifestyles. Every week is a 2 hour sanctuary of self discovery and love, lead ever so elegantly by Mandi. I don't want it to end.”
