Live workshops will be held weekly over Zoom (recordings will be available should you miss a session).
Watching the pre-recorded presentation prior to our the live weekly session is a requirement.
Mandi has been devoted to meditation and mindfulness for over 25 years. She lives in Perth, Western Australia dedicating her time to raising and home schooling her daughter, and unfolding the magic and wonder of our true self through her work with people all around the world.
Mandi combines her skills as an intuitive and transformational coach, to coach and mentor individuals, and facilitate programs in meditation, mindfulness, embodied wisdom and grief movement.
She has completed studies in Coaching and Neuro-Linguistics. Has studied Meditation & Pranayaam, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Energy Healing and Counselling.

What is the format of Mindful: Finding Peace in Difficult Times?
Weekly live sessions via Zoom, recorded so don't worry about missing a session. You will also have access to an online learning community course site with pre-recorded presentations, a community of fellow mindful practitioners and downloadable meditations and a workbook.
How much time do I need to complete the homework exercises? What will that look like?
This training requires about 15 to 30 minutes a day and is most effective when done at home. Different types of exercises include formal meditation and more informal daily practices.
I’ve tried Mindfulness before and I’m not very good at it. How do I know that this program will be different?
At its core, Mindfulness is about starting over again and again. Even if you feel like you’re not making ‘progress’, if you have patience and try to practice regularly to the best of your ability, your efforts will pay off.
In this program, we’ll approach mindfulness in a way that addresses all of the common stumbling blocks, and you’ll be free to share your specific concerns so we can troubleshoot them together.
